E-commerce platform to provide specialty products and goods to consumers nationwide.
Vietnam Post officially launched its BADASA website, specializing in specialty products and goods from Vietnam, on June 13, at https://badasa.com.vn.
The goal of the e-commerce platform is to act as a bridge between regional specialties in Vietnam’s 63 cities and provinces and consumers nationwide.
Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Minh Hong said the launch will contribute to the development of e-commerce in the country.
He also expects that Vietnam Post will use the advantages its nationwide postal network provide to guarantee quality, price, and services. “Vietnam Post should also pay attention to technical infrastructure, transactions, and information,” he added.
Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, General Director of Vietnam Post, said it hopes to link suppliers and customers in all regions of Vietnam as the company holds advantages such as express delivery services and fast payments, with its large workforce around the country being clear about food safety and quality. “Vietnam Post hopes to boost the ‘Vietnamese use Vietnamese goods’ campaign,” he added.
BADASA will supply some 20,000 agricultural specialties, nutritious herbal food, processed food and beverages, handicrafts, gifts, and other products. All are certified to relevant standards and regulations regarding origin, quality, and brand. Products include Thai Nguyen tea, Yen Bai rice, Na Ri - Bac Kan noodles, Ninh Binh fried rice, Vang Quang Tri tea, Dak Lak coffee, and Tay Ninh salt and pepper.
The e-commerce platform directly connects suppliers and customers and only cooperates with prestigious partners. The total cost of goods and transport are fully posted.
Using the strengths of Vietnam Post, BADASA will provide postal transport services to meet demand for goods, ensuring fast and timely delivery.
