(VEN) - Ten French businesses flew to Vietnam to meet donors and take part in the French pavilion from November 22-26, which was organized by the UBIFRANCE French Trade Commission within the framework of the 2011 Vietwater water exhibition held at the Sai Gon Exhibition Center.
French businesses took part in the exhibition to better understand Vietnamese policies, to meet bilateral and multilateral donors and to learn about major projects and possible ways to join projects of foreign providers and investors. This was also a good time for them to strengthen the ties between French and Vietnamese agencies and companies to develop sustainable partnerships in the areas of trade, industry and technology.
The French visitors included Altereo, BRGM, Egis International, Franceaux, Groupe SCE, Lacroix-Sofrel, Nantaise des Eaux Ingenierie, SADE, Sogemap and Thethys Instruments. These companies are specialists in the areas of consultation & construction design, design consultation & geological sciences, water resources design and planning consultation, equipment and treatment of polluted water, territorial design and planning consultation, water networks examination and management online, treatment of urban waste water and industrial waste water, public projects, water pipelines & related projects, plastic accessories, analytical equipment, and more. Some of these companies are running smoothly in Vietnam./.
