Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Le Hoang Quan and Governor of Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov on May 10 inked a cooperative agreement between the two localities under the witness of State President Truong Tan Sang.
The State President highly valued the dynamic development of Viet Nam-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership relations in terms of trade, science-technology, education-training, culture and cooperation between their localities.
Governor Vorobyov introduced achievements in the cooperation between Moscow Region and other localities in Viet Nam, including Ho Chi Minh City.
State President Sang proposed the Governor advocate the two sides’ businesses in establishing a light industry park in Moscow Region.
