Leather, footwear, and handbag exports decrease by US$2 billion during 2020

Amending and supplementing guidance on classification and analysis of import – export goods

To overcome shortcomings in the analysis and classification of goods, applying tax rates, restrict application of a product with different analysis results leading to different classification, the General Department of Vietnam Customs is drafting a circular on amending and supplementing a number of articles in Circular 14/2015/TT-BTC in the direction of facilitating enterprises to implement policies to ensure self-declaration and self-calculation of tax are carried out in accordance with regulations.
