Vietnam’s biggest International Woodworking Industry Fair 2015 will take place at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center– SECC in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 7 from October 14-17.
The 11th edition attracts about 500 display booths of around global leading brands from 21 countries and territories, including Austria, Belgium, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong (China), India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan (China), Thailand, the U.S.A., Israel, andVietnam.
With a gathering ofbuyersfrom across the world, Vietnamwood has witnessed an overwhelming 13,500 SQM show floor displaying over 1,200 Types of woodworking machineries and products.
Vietnamwood has proven to be the Vietnamese manufacturers’ procurement ground of choice, as manufacturers from all around the world displaying the latest trend and woodworking equipment available in the global marketplace. For 2015, Vietnamwood will continue providing a perfect platform for industry players, to interact, exchange ideas, and form long lastingbusinesspartnership.

Vietnam’s wood processing exports are likely toreachfrom US$6-6.2 billion this year, ranks the 4th in the world and 2nd position in Asia after China, according to the HAWA. The industry is expected to attain US$7.2-7.3 billion, presenting a rate of growth of 15 percent per year.
